Before Your Treatment

At Restore Mobile Aesthetics, your safety comes first. Before any injectable treatment, every patient completes a good faith exam with our supervising medical provider. This is a required step that helps confirm treatment is appropriate for you.

What to expect

• The exam: The provider reviews your health history and current medications. Your exam is valid for one year. If your health or medications change during that time, you’ll need an updated exam before your next treatment.

• How it works: The exam is done by secure telehealth video and takes about 5-10 minutes. You can do it from anywhere, on your phone or computer.

• Cost: The exam is a $35 annual fee.

• Scheduling: After you book, we’ll coordinate your exam for you before your appointment. There’s nothing to figure out on your end.

• Your paperwork: There’s nothing to fill out ahead of time. At your appointment, we’ll go through your medical history and consent forms together, so you can ask questions and sign on the spot.

• Your treatment: Once you’re cleared we’ll get started on your treatment.
